When you place an order in our shop, we collect data necessary for contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). This includes your name, address, email address and the items ordered. We use the headless CMS Sanity (Sanity AS, Norway) to manage product and order data. Your data is stored securely on the servers of our hosting provider Vercel Inc.

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit our website, Vercel automatically collects technical access data (e.g. IP address, browser type, server log files). Transfers to the USA are safeguarded under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We offer payment by credit card and other payment methods via the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). The payment data you enter is transmitted directly to Stripe and processed on their servers. We do not store complete credit card details ourselves.

To deliver your order (to Italy, Austria or Germany), we share your name, delivery address and, where applicable, your phone number/email address for delivery notifications with our shipping partner BRT S.p.A. (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Google Analytics: to analyse website traffic (Google Ireland Limited). Your IP address is anonymised.

Google Search Console: used solely for the technical monitoring of our search presence and does not process personal user data.
