The rare secret of our South Tyrolean mountain herbs
At Solvialuna we stand for craftsmanship and pure nature. There is no anonymous mass production here. The flowers and herbs for our tea grow high up in the mountain air of South Tyrol. Because they thrive only slowly in this rugged alpine climate, they are rare and available each year only in small, limited quantities.
Every blossom is carefully hand-selected at the ideal time of harvest. While industrial teas are often dried using quick methods, we give nature the time it needs. Our herbs rest and dry gently for 3 to 7 days. This keeps the aroma, colours and scent intact in every cup.

What's in every serving
Sage
Savoury, slightly bold, with a fine freshness. Sage gives the tea its aromatic depth and a clear, calm flavour profile.
Red Clover
Delicate, floral-sweet blossoms with a soft taste. Red clover rounds out the blend and makes the infusion especially mild.
Peppermint
The fresh breath of morning. Mint brings a lively scent and a clear, fresh taste.

Application & ingredients
Your ritualPour boiling water (about 200 ml) over 1 to 2 teaspoons of loose blend. Let it steep for 5 to 8 minutes so the full aroma can develop. Our tip: ideal with the Solvialuna stainless steel tea strainer.
