Grown at 1,400 m
Our herbs grow entirely at 1,400 m altitude, in the clean air of the South Tyrolean Alps. The rugged climate lets them grow slowly: rare and especially aromatic.
Slow drying
The herbs rest and dry gently for 3 to 7 days, so colours, scent and aroma stay intact in every cup.

The flowers and herbs for our tea grow entirely at 1,400 m, in the clean air of the South Tyrolean Alps. In the rugged alpine climate they ripen slowly and are available each year only in small, limited quantities.
Every blossom is picked by hand at the ideal moment. While industrial teas are often dried very quickly, our herbs rest and dry gently for 3 to 7 days, so colours, scent and aroma stay intact in every gram.

Your ritualPour boiling water (about 200 ml) over 1 to 2 teaspoons of the blend. Let it steep for 5 to 8 minutes. Enjoy warm, or let it cool and serve cold.
