The rare secret of our South Tyrolean alpine herbs
The flowers and herbs used in our tea grow high up in the pristine air of the South Tyrolean Alps. In the harsh alpine climate, powerful and extremely rare plants mature slowly, and are available each year only in small, limited quantities.
Each flower is hand-picked at the perfect moment. Whilst industrial teas are often dried in 30 minutes, our herbs are left to rest and dry gently for 3 to 7 days; this ensures that the essential oils, colours and aroma remain intact in every gram.

Application & ingredients
Your ritualPour 1–2 teaspoons of the blend into boiling water (approx. 200 ml). Let it infuse for 5–8 minutes to best extract the precious essential oils of anise and fennel. We recommend drinking it hot after lunch or dinner to maximize the deflating effect, or cold during the day for continuous draining action.
