The rare secret of our South Tyrolean mountain herbs
The blossoms and herbs for our tea grow high in the untouched mountain air of the South Tyrolean Alps. In the harsh alpine climate they grow slowly — powerful plants that are extremely rare, available only in small, limited quantities each year.
Every blossom is hand-picked at the ideal harvest time. While industrial teas are often dried in just 30 minutes, our herbs rest and dry gently for 3 to 7 days — preserving essential oils, vibrant colour and full aroma in every gram.
